About the Men's Hotline

The Men’s Hotline provides support and counseling to abusive men seeking to extract themselves from the cycle of domestic violence. Callers are able to have an initial conversation in a safe space and to share their feelings about their personal hardships and the difficulties that are overwhelming them. The calls are completely anonymous. No personal details are given, no conversations recorded and no commitment to therapy is required.

A team of dedicated professionals and trained volunteers, all of them male, operate the hotline and act as a bridge to referring the callers to therapy programs and support frameworks.

The Men’s Hotline, website, public advocacy and outreach activities have been possible thanks to the support and generosity of WIZO New York.

Did you know? The Men’s Hotline is one of a kind in Israel, and one of the very few around the world.
